Terms and Conditions for Booking Group Ride Transportation Users

Welcome to Sagor App. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our group ride transportation services ("Service"). By using our Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Service Description

Our Service allows users to book private rides for a group of passengers traveling together in the same direction. We strive to provide a safe, efficient, and cost-effective means of transportation.

3. Registration and Account

• Users must create an account to access our Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

• Users must behave respectfully towards other passengers and drivers. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
• You are responsible for your personal belongings while using our Service. We are not liable for any loss or damage to your belongings.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our Service.

5. Payment and Fees

• All rides must be booked through our platform, and payment must be made at the time of booking.
• We reserve the right to change our pricing structure at any time. Users will be notified of any changes prior to their next booking.
• Additional fees may apply for cancellations or changes to your booking as outlined in our cancellation policy.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Users can cancel their ride bookings up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 to 12 hours of departure may incur a fee of 50% of the trip price.
• We reserve the right to cancel a ride for reasons including but not limited to safety concerns, vehicle breakdown, or driver availability.

7. Scheduled Daily Trips (Monthly Recurring Service)

• 50% of the total monthly fare must be paid in advance upon booking confirmation.
• The remaining 50% must be paid on or before the 15th day of the service period.
• Route and passenger details cannot be changed after service begins unless approved by the platform.
• Failure to pay the second installment on time may result in service suspension.
• No refunds will be issued for completed service days.
• Partial refunds for unused days may be issued upon early cancellation with management approval.
• The user is responsible for informing all group members of the trip schedule and code of conduct.

8. Liability

Our Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tierra General Trading Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kuwait.

1. Introduction

Sagor App ("the Tracking") is a transportation tracking platform provided by Tierra General Trading Company. By using this Service, parents and guardians agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Eligibility

This Service is exclusively for parents or legal guardians of students enrolled in participating schools. You confirm that you are authorized to monitor the transport details of your child.

3. Account Registration and Security

• Parents must create an account to use the Service and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Multiple children may be linked under one account for tracking purposes.

4. Service Description

The Service provides real-time tracking of school buses and routes, with notifications for arrivals, delays, or route changes. It is only intended for school-provided transportation.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

The Service collects location and transportation data of students, with parental consent required. Data is protected under applicable data protection laws (GDPR, COPPA) and shared only with authorized personnel.

6. Use of the Service

Parents agree to use the Service only for monitoring their child’s transport. Attempting to access data of other students is prohibited.

7. Notifications and Alerts

Parents can customize notification preferences. High-priority alerts may be issued in emergencies.

8. Service Limitations

While accurate tracking is intended, technical issues may affect information. Tierra General Trading Company is not liable for inaccuracies or outages.

9. Fees and Payments
